Srashti is our adept Web Developer at UR Digital who combines website development with SEO best practices to make websites look great and rank well. A programming language polyglot, Srashti can take on a fossil of a webpage and flip it into a sleek and savvy lead-generating platform. When faced with a high volume of pages and changes, there’s no mumbling, crumbling, or stumbling — only superfine work and a superhuman work ethic.

With a Master of Computer Applications under her belt, she started her professional journey in 2015. Before joining the team in 2023, Srashti focused purely on the technical side of web development. However, her role at UR Digital taught her the importance of integrating SEO into the development process. This realisation was a turning point. It added another layer to her expertise and made her approach to development more SEO-informed.

Srashti's search for a role that would sharpen her skills led her to UR Digital. She wanted a position that would challenge her and allow her to explore the synergy between SEO and web development—an intersection she found fascinating. Joining UR Digital was a natural step in her career path, as it aligned with her professional philosophy: "Never stop learning new skills and refining old ones."

When she's not working with webpages and code, Srashti finds joy in the simple pleasures of life—spending quality time with her family and experimenting in the kitchen.
